Dear FemaleMusclefans,

Another heat wave is scheduled to hit the east coast and here in Texas where I work out, it is always hot for most of the year. Interestingly, the bigger and stronger my muscles get, the less I feel the heat. The heat of the sun, I mean. It’s more fun than ever to walk around through the day, stronger and bigger and more well-built than 98% of the people around me. I feel like a tigress, Roaaaarrrr!

I don’t get why more people, especially women, don’t want to get built. it’s so much fun! But I’m glad too, because the attention is rewarding for me. Guess I’m a show -off ; ) maybe even an exhibitionist! Go ahead, put your little hand on me so I can crunch it, heheh! When you fall down to your knees I can wrap my big arm and huge bicep around your neck and squeeze while pulling your hair or rubbing your head, shall we say… briskly? ; ) !!!

My brother is visiting and he wants to use the computer so he growled at me like a lion or tiger Ha ha! Guess it runs in the family! Call me with your fantasy jungle scene and remember Brook (ex925) our fearless leader can teach you anything you want to know…

Hey Musclefans,

I couldn’t sleep last night and I was bored. : /(Where were you? !! ) So I got up and did 300 ab exercises. There were crunches and reverse crunches and martial arts crunches which are really good for your back. Then I was wide awake at 2am. What was I thinking?!! I read for a while then watched x files, ate an apple, finally couldn’t stand it anymore and put on that cool techno workout music and danced until I dropped. 6am I had a cardio date so I ran with her. Then I listened to my messages and there was one from Mr LA himself! How did I miss him! Grrr! guess I was dancing. Cute message, guy, just try it if it you think you can. heh-heh!

Tonight before bed, it’s upper bod. My biceps are getting bigger. I will have to measure them again. I feel restless and would like to wrestle someone very bad who needs a lesson! Oh yeah! = )

Hi Musclefans!

I’m blogging late to day because I waited around for my workout buddy. Grrrr! She said she would be ready for our cardio run at 7. I like to lift weights from 5-6:30, hydrate well, then go pump around the park for 4-5 miles or so. It’s more fun with a buddy, but first she changed to 8, then 9. By then the shine is off the morning for me and I like to be out there showered and showing off my gorgeous muscles by 10.

Oh well, now I’m so p.o.’d I want to take it out on someone. How about you? Let’s go for it! If you get me down (Ha!) I’ll let you decide what I’m going to wear tonight while you serve me dinner. Otherwise YOU get to be the table! heheheh! just kidding. Sort of. ; )

One thing I notice is that if I run a feather over my rock hard abs, they ripple charmingly. Would you like that? Brook (ext 925)tells me her biceps are getting so defined and vascular now, she’s gonna put a new picture up. I’m jealous!!

I am getting up early to get an estimate on my car and the boss of the place makes his people work Saturdays while he doesn’t. So if I show up, lightly dressed, the estimate is like 1/3 of the usual one. Of course I lean over so the guys can admire my massive gluts and quads while I show them the little dents I want sanded out.
