Hey, all you Muscle worshipers and hard working body builders…

How was your night? I was a little sorry to miss talking with a couple of you last night, but not too much, because I had fun! I did my lifting in the morning and ran the three and a half miles to the gym to start my cardio. I like to end the day with a few minutes in the sauna because there are so many interesting people here in Austin. Last night was no exception, I met a new friend, who is an actress here in the movie biz and we went out dancing. I was going to get her to drop by this guys place I know, just a friend because I thought they might hit it off, but we ended up meeting instead some BIG gals from the Austin Outlaws, which is our women’s football team. Did you guys know Women’s football is going to be in the London Olympics? More power to these brave ladies breaking into another tough men’s sport! Maybe I’ll interview one of these athletes for you sports fans soon, Would you like that?

Some of you have been interested in what we ladies like to wear after workouts. Well, I prefer a cropped white cotton shirt and trim black shorts so I can check out my muscles in the mirror. I love that slightly sore, and a little bit swollen feeling that means I’m getting bigger and harder each time even though I can’t see it yet. I was talking with Brook (925) and she said she has a special, Thai silk robe she always likes to wear over her hot, muscled body after her workouts.
