There I was driving down the road yesterday and what did I see? A new boxing gym has opened within five miles of my place! Oh yeah! The only other good one is too far away. I love to find new cardio opportunities, because while lifting is intense fun for me, I get a little bored with the same old running and biking etcetera… This place had the big, front doors wide open and I could see two guys going after it in the ring and a a dark girl who was SO BUILT skipping rope.You can bet I am going to check that place out later today and I’ll let you know about that lady,too.

One gentleman who called me said he had never seen FemaleMuscle.com. Can you imagine?! So I asked him where he got my number and he said a big, muscled lady at his gym gave it to him and he’d had it in his wallet for weeks.
