Good morning, Musclefans,

Are you feeling strong today? I am. I just finished my morning workout and am really floating. Soon I’m going to lunch with one of my best friends who is going for her second degree blackbelt test in Houston really soon. Our discipline has black uniforms with tight belts which make us look really hot when we overpower the guys. We use neck and arm holds and our strong hands can grab those pressure points and dig in with paralyzing effectiveness. Of course, some of you don’t require that much effort. One little old headlock and you are immobile. I have to admit I am fond of then pulling your hair or even vigorously rubbing your head if you are bald or shaved. Hee- Hee!

Have you had fun talking with Rusty? (ext 777)? She said she had some very interesting calls with a couple of you guys last night. If you missed her, you can probably reach her now. I remember I promised you I’d talk a little about bodybuilding competition. There are actually three types for women. There’s Bodybuilding, itself, which is for the really big girls, like Brook (ext925). Then there is Figure, which is more of a toned look, and you can see that here too, on Femalemuscle. There is also a Fitness category, which combines a built physique with dancing or gymnastics. Which do you guys like best? Write me here and tell me what you like and I promise I’ll focus on that another time.

I have to go now, because before lunch, I am going to order my tickets for the women’s bodybuilding competition in Galveston next month. I am so excited about going! there is another this weekend in Tarrytown, NY, the Jantana Women’s pro tournament. Here is a link if you want to check it out. Maybe you’ll see one of us there. Hi Guys,

I promised to tell you about the other women here at Talk Live who work hard everyday building their gorgeous bodies, be they figure or fitness style. Which do you like best? Do you even know what I’m talking about? I’ll explain about that tomorrow. There is someone special I want to tell you more about.

I want to talk to you about Brook, the leader of us gals at TalkLive and my personal inspiration. Brook is 29 years old 225lbs and has 19″ biceps, wow! Her hobby is being a personal trainer for young women. Although I live here in Texas she is always there for me with just the right suggestions for my workout whenever I call her up. She’ll do that for you, too, I’m sure, in her special tough, sweet style. Check out her pictures, guys, isn’t she hot?

It’s summer now, but Brook’s regular job is as a high school teacher. She teaches gym and health classes. Hmmn, can you imagine, you are sixteen years old,watching Brook as she talks about how the human body works? What are you thinking about? How are you feeling as you look at her rockhard 5′10″ physique? I thought so!! Tell her about it now, maybe she will make you stay after class and teach you a lesson. Don’t you need one? Brook is available at ext 925 right now and she loves talking to men about her muscles.

Hey Guys,

Gee, it sure is hot in Texas today, but it is really making my muscles shine along with my tan skin.I love looking at them, don’t you? It was especially wild talking to a couple of you this weekend, and I’ll be available tonight from 8-10 pm EST, too. Some of us body builders are available right now. Call us so we can tell you about our workouts and other things. Its much more fun to pump our muscles up hard while talking to one of you guys!

Well, I did find her, that exotic African lady I was telling you about. I went to the weigh-in for the Texas Welterweight title fight held here this past Saturday night. There she was, the young lady I saw skipping rope last week at the new gym. Her name is Valeria and she’s from Chicago, just moved here to Texas. She was taller than me at 5′10″, I was a little jealous, of her MASSIVE shoulders but my glutes and legs were definately more gorgeous than hers in my opinion. She was so nice and friendly though, that pretty soon we were buds and noticing that we were bigger than all the guys there. We each picked out two we thought we could take to the floor easily. She wore an orange, sleeveless tank to show off her huge biceps and these cute little black shorts. Her hair was short and kinda spikey and her lovely eyes had an Asian look.She wanted to talk to me about TalkLive because she checked out our site and noticed how tough and hot our gals look in our great photos.

Tomorrow I’ll tell you a little more about all the rock-hard, strong women here. Write me if you have any questions about any of us or aspects of our training that interest you. Like which holds we like to do on you to make you sweat and pass out. Heh- heh, just for fun, of course.

Way to go, Brook, (ext 925) keep pumpin’ girl ! Another 1/2 ” on those gorgeous muscles of yours is only icing on the cake, but I sure like icing, how about you guys?

I just worked out and went with my friend, Amara, a singer and beginning body-builder to that new gym I told you about. The owner wasn’t there to tell me about that built African-american lady I saw there, so I got his number and called him. He wouldn’t tell me! bad boy! He did say if I came to the weigh-in for the Texas title fights here today, he’d talk to me. That’s just an hour from now. Maybe I’ll see her there and can tell you about her next time.

So I hope you guys are going to call us hard-lifting gals this weekend and give us your appreciation of our rock-hard muscles and our pumped physiques. Now don’t make us squeeze it out of you..unless you want us too..heh-heh!

Hi there, tough guys and guys who like big, tough gals,

There I was driving down the road yesterday and what did I see? A new boxing gym has opened within five miles of my place! Oh yeah! The only other good one is too far away. I love to find new cardio opportunities, because while lifting is intense fun for me, I get a little bored with the same old running and biking etcetera… This place had the big, front doors wide open and I could see two guys going after it in the ring and a a dark girl who was SO BUILT skipping rope.You can bet I am going to check that place out later today and I’ll let you know about that lady,too.

One gentleman who called me said he had never seen FemaleMuscle.com. Can you imagine?! So I asked him where he got my number and he said a big, muscled lady at his gym gave it to him and he’d had it in his wallet for weeks. We had a lot of fun as I described my favorite poses for him, but I said I wouldn’t talk to him again until he checked out our site. Silly boy! He needs a tight headlock and his hair pulled until screams “auntie”, don’t you think?

Well, its almost 5 and I have to get to the gym. I think I’ll tell you about the other girls here next time. We are from all over the country, guys, just like you. Until then, Have fun and stay strong, Love ya,

Hey, all you Muscle worshipers and hard working body builders…

How was your night? I was a little sorry to miss talking with a couple of you last night, but not too much, because I had fun! I did my lifting in the morning and ran the three and a half miles to the gym to start my cardio. I like to end the day with a few minutes in the sauna because there are so many interesting people here in Austin. Last night was no exception, I met a new friend, who is an actress here in the movie biz and we went out dancing. I was going to get her to drop by this guys place I know, just a friend because I thought they might hit it off, but we ended up meeting instead some BIG gals from the Austin Outlaws, which is our women’s football team. Did you guys know Women’s football is going to be in the London Olympics? More power to these brave ladies breaking into another tough men’s sport! Maybe I’ll interview one of these athletes for you sports fans soon, Would you like that?

Some of you have been interested in what we ladies like to wear after workouts. Well, I prefer a cropped white cotton shirt and trim black shorts so I can check out my muscles in the mirror. I love that slightly sore, and a little bit swollen feeling that means I’m getting bigger and harder each time even though I can’t see it yet. I was talking with Brook (925) and she said she has a special, Thai silk robe she always likes to wear over her hot, muscled body after her workouts.
